Rates – Custom set for each tenant, and vary depending on size and makeup of group, but typically from a low of 1700 a week to a high of 2500 as a guide.
Discounts – Significant ones for repeat renters and multiple weeks.
Term – We rent for either full weeks, from Sunday to Sunday, Weekends only, or Sunday to Friday.

Beds – Beds for 8 in the bedrooms, and for up to 12 with two double futons in living room
Appliances – Washer, dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, chest freezer, the usual small kitchen appliances.
Pets – Dogs welcome by prior arrangement–no cats (allergies)
Smoking – Inside, not OK. Outside or screened porch OK.
Canoe – We provide two–an older 12 foot and a newer 16 foot.
Boat – We provide a 15 foot aluminum with oars. You are welcome to bring your own motor for it, or your own boat. It will take up to a 20 H.P.
We provide – Blankets, pillows, mattress covers, dish cloths, dish towels, all cleaning products, propane for barbecue, septic-friendly soaps (hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, dish soap, etc.)
You provide – Sheets, towels, pillow cases, your own life jackets, your own sundries
